About Us
Denver’s most caring house cleaning service
Founded in 2015 to help busy families and professionals. We build our company around the people who clean your home — because cared-for people do caring work.
Our story
Alpine Maids started in 2015 with a simple observation: most cleaning companies are set up for the company, not the home. Cleaners come and go, the work is rushed, and the customer is left managing the details. We wanted the opposite — a team that knows your home, standards that do not slip, and a company we would want to do business with ourselves.
So we built it that way. We hire at most 1 out of 100 applicants, looking for people with a proven history of care and service rather than a résumé of cleaning jobs. We pay a living wage and a full benefits package you would expect from a good full-time job. Then we train, and the training never ends.
How we hire and train
No walk-ins and no shortcuts. Every applicant goes through our own multi-step recruiting process and background checks. Once hired, they learn the safest and healthiest practices through our “see one, do one, teach one” method — a program we spent five years developing. A maid graduates only when they are ready to provide care to our standards.
Your maid is part of a cohort: a small team that focuses on homes in your neighbourhood. Cohorts meet weekly to share what is working, which is how your home gets the specialised attention it deserves.
